All My Sons Moving & Storage

Jesse, Alan, and the 3rd guy (sorry I can't remember your name!) Arrived on time, called ahead, were thorough in making sure what I needed moved was wrapped up and protected nicely, professional and kind the whole time. They triple checked that the address we were heading to was right, arrived right after I did, unpacked almost autonomously while myself and 1 other were putting my bed together and were more than willing to offer me a helping hand with a smile. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and when I need to move again I will be using All My Sons 100%. Great work all!

Used them to move a 900 sq ft household. The estimate I was quoted over the phone by two different people said it may take about 4 to 5 hours. Everything was already packed. Two guys took from 8:15am til 5:30pm and I was charged a total of almost $1200 when I expected to pay $600 or $700 at the most. I will never use them again and I will definitely not hire another moving company at hourly rates. I could've paid my adult children to move us and they would've taken about the same amount of time and cost a fourth of what we paid. They've done it before. Expensive lesson learned. Oh yeah, plus we tipped the movers $20 a piece and bought them lunch, before we knew what the final charges were. I know the management will respond to this review and say we were told about the cost, etc. But that's BS. At 3 hrs in what could we do? Tell them to stop loading? We were under a deadline and didn't have much choice. The last 15 mins two other guys showed up and hurriedly helped finish unloading the truck. It was amazing how fast everyone was moving then. If they had been that fast to begin with, it would've taken half the time. I was sorely disappointed in the whole process.

I recently moved from an 1100 ft2 Apartment into a home. I hired “All My Sons” (based on their google reviews and the estimate) to both pack my belongings and move them. I was pleasantly surprised with Greg Madrid’s team of movers, as well as the cost. They sent 4 men out and a large truck out to move my stuff. I have both expensive artwork and many things of sentimental value...they were extremely cautious in packing both. They wrap everything in blankets. In addition, without me prompting them, they saw I had just installed new laminate flooring in the home I purchased. The crew supervisor said aloud to be extremely cautious with the floor. In addition, I had just painted the entire home. I had zero floor/wall damage, which is extremely impressive given large furniture with tight turns. I had tons of stuff, so after 9 hours of packing/moving, I was expecting upwards of $2,000 for the charge...not even close. I’ve moved 4 times in the past 10 years, and they are, hands down, the most economical and professional movers I’ve ever hired, and it amazed me that they ALL did it with a smile! 😊.

From the first phone call, we had a friendly & professional experience. Services were explained in detail, prices & options were discussed clearly, and our needs were addressed & met. The team sent arrived on time and worked super well together. Our items were handled respectfully. Our home was prepped to avoid damage. We have nothing but praise for this company & its employees. There were no hidden fees or tack on prices. The final cost was explained & was exactly as initially contracted.
