Friendly greeting upon arrival at a very nice, clean store. We were looking for a cushioned desk chair, without wheels, but unfortunately there were not many options available. The sales person was helpful in showing us what they had. We did find something close to what we were looking for and because it was a good value we purchased it. All in all, we have had good success shopping at Raymour & Flanigan and will continue to visit their stores.

The store itself was clean. The employees were helpful and professional. We found the living room set we wanted and ordered it. We were told the loveseat and recliners were not in stock but would be soon. The end tables, lamp and rug were all readily available. They were going to expedite our order and get it to us soon. That was the end of July. Two weeks later we were called and a delivery date was set for 9/3, more than a month after we placed the order. We were okay with that as we were excited for our new furniture. On 8/31, we disposed of our current furniture as R&F will not do that for you. On 9/2, we were informed our recliners were not coming, but rest assure were told all other items were to be delivered on 9/3. Late at night we received a voicemail that our loveseat was now not coming either. On 9/3, I called the store and was informed they never had our recliners in stock and our loveseat was in NY, never shipped to PA. I was told I would get a call back and my furniture was once again being expedited, no call yet. It's now sounding like I'll be lucky if I get my furniture in October as they are booked until the end of September for delivery. I sure hope all the scheduled deliveries actually get their furniture.

When to check out a new bedroom set. After opening up about our needs/wants Jeff our sales guy pointed us in the right direction. First time a sales guy directed me to lower price option - it was the better option based off our wants/needs. Was happy with the non-pushy sales team. Even decides to pick up a new mattress as again Jeff was super helpful and personable. Had a great overall experience. Thank you!

Kimberly was great to assist us. I’ll be moving to the area soon and she was very helpful. She didn’t hover over us like other sales consultants do in other stores. She gave us time to look around and ponder the furniture we were considering. She was very patient and answered all of our questions promptly. Highly recommend this store and Kimberly!
