We have used All About Floors multiple times and we return every single time due to the great service and value of what we pay for. They do what they say and when they say they are going to do it. We own a 100 year old Victorian Home. As you can imagine, nothing goes exactly as planned when doing an install. This does not matter to them; they handle the challenges that come with the territory. The owner was very respectful good pricing good product in there and understanding but I have a medical condition and adjusted hours for people in that condition because he recognized he needs to be flexible for customers I recommend going and seeing them

We visited the showroom recently and the salesperson wasn't very knowledgeable about carpet types... We had a representative come to our home and measure and he never called us back with the estimate, we had to contact themnThey seemed chaotic and overpriced. We went elsewhere, unfortunately.

We recently had a hardwood floor put in our family room. Our floor is beautiful and the installation process went smoothly (and quicker than estimated)! This is the second floor we got at About All Floors and are pleased, yet again, with their service and quality. This company has excellent customer service!
