My husband, 9 year old, and I went into Sleep Number yesterday knowing what we wanted. We were greeted by Kyle immediately. Without hesitation, Kyle entertained our daughter. She was laughing so hard I thought they were going to have to clean a display bed. He had her lay in a bed, adjusted her to it, and joked around with her. Mind you, that did not distract him from informing us of the bed we came in to purchase. He was very informative and answered all our questions. He offered his recommendations to us and also was very honest with us. Never pushy in trying to make a sale. I highly recommend going into Sleep Number, even if your just wanting more information before making an investment. They will not push you into making a purchase. Can’t find that anywhere nowadays. Thank you Kyle for giving us an amazing shopping experience.
I was greeted warmly by friendly associate Eric. Came in wanting to see 4 beds that matched myself and my partners quiz answers. Tried every one asked a ton of questions and then made the leap from waterbed owner to Sleep Number bed owner! Can't wait to sleep on our new bed will update you on that later...stay tuned
Great experience and very professional. Kyle was our salesman and he's very good at his job , and wasn't pushy at all , that speaks volumes to me! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
Very clean storefront; takes safety seriously in their precautions for operating during Covid-19. Salesperson was super friendly and helpful, and not pushy in any way. A very positive shopping experience.
Very clean atmosphere made tofeel comfotable Matt Murphy was very helpful in fescibing differences in beds . This is our second sleep number bed wouldnt buy any other kind !
