I didn’t want to post anything about our experience until it was complete. Our furniture was delivered October 3. The person we dealt with was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable of all the products and was great through the whole process of finding exactly what we wanted. We purchased two recliners and a couch with recliners on both ends all electric. It’s the first time venturing into electric and it’s great, so comfortable. As great as the service was at the store the delivery was even better. They arrived went to work had everything set up very quickly. They knew exactly what they were doing and took great care of not only our new furniture but also our house as they carried it in and set it up. Probably the best delivery experience we have ever had. This will not be the last time we will be here. We have found a new store for all our housing needs. Thank you.

More than FIVE STAR. The Best Place yo buy furniture if you are moving to Reading PA. Their customer service is excellent. They don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like a King. The sale Associate Ann is the BEST! She is very pleasant and patient. She will help you make some good selection, she is very informative about brand and quality depends on your budget. I would definitely recommend that location for furniture shopping ud83dudecd ☺

Really enjoyed our visit to the store on rt 61. We never knew how big the display area was. We explored options for bedding and then took information home to measure. Purchasing was made very easy by the helpful staff. I will be recommending to family and friends.

Wonderful experience. Ann made matress shopping easy. She was amazing! Helping us and making sure we had the knowledge we needed to make the right choice. Grateful to the manager, too. Wish I could remember the spelling of the girl who did all the paperwork she was so kind that night, too. Definitely will be recommending your store. Wanted to add the bedgear pillows are not returnable be sure you like them.

I knew what I wanted. Told the salesman. He did not waste my time. Showed me around. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Was in and out in an hour. Can't wait to receive my new piece of furniture.
