Wonderful customer service! Our sales rep even came in on her day off to continue our purchase! Never had that happen before. Her patience with us and her thorough subject knowledge was incredible and very much appreciated. The manager and the rest of the employees were very kind and helpful - a real team effort.

La-Z-Boy Cares about their customers. I Came into the store looking for a recliner and was meet by the friendly face of Kim the store manager.nShe educated me that not all recliners are created equal... they should be sized to wear you sit and where it fits your knees and especially the recliner touches your head so you’re not having neck pain or headaches...Kim gave me as much time as I need to experience all different types of recliners...theirninventory is huge... plenty of choices here in furniture and in pricing.... Kim was able to offer many options and answered all my questions...I chose to special order a recliner and that was not a problem Kim handled it all... sale pricing and financing... thank you Kim I am a very satisfied La-Z-Boy customernAnd one more thing during these times of Covid I was met with a mask and everyone in the store was wearing a mask ...the store is clean and you are offered a mask and sanitizer as you enter... I found that very very pleasing
