Had the best experience with Stephanie L. as our store associate, she was so attentive, friendly, personable and informative. She made the whole buying experience so fun and easy, which we all know is hard to do during the nerve-racking process of furniture shopping. She is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good shopping experience! Also want to send a kudos to manager Sherelle for a fast and pleasant checkout accompanied with the acknowledgment and enforcement of sanitary procedures for all staff and customers.

**update** finally was able to speak with someone. A replacement sofa is scheduled for December as well as our missing piece of sectional. We'll see if we get a new one and when they promised it by.**nnNEVER purchase from Bob's they are liars.nnWe were told our sectional would be delivered through a certain timeframe. I understand that it's an estimate we weren't in a rush and made that clear when we first purchased the couch.nnThey called us shortly after saying only part of the sectional would be delivered. We told them we don't have use for only part of a sectional and please hold the delivery off until the entire thing can be delivered. The associate who called to let us know that only part would be delivered said they could deliver the entire sectional 3 days later so we were of course fine with that.nnWell, delivery day arrives (2 weeks later) and only part of the sectional is delivered! To make the situation better once we unwrap the main sleeper sofa there is a giant dark stain on our 'new' couch! And I mean the whole back cushion and part of the seat cushion. We called them not 20 minutes after they left to come back and send someone to pick up their dirty couch because we're not chancing our children's health and safety with some unknown nasty moldy looking stain on their products.nnWe were told they would schedule someone to pick it up later that day and no one ever called or came. We called their customer service number the next day and were told the store would call. Still no call from them and we still are storing their dirty furniture!nnWe just want them to stop lying every step of the way and to pick up their moldy couch so my children don't get sick!!!nnHours of being on the phone, thousands of dollars later and still we have yet to get this resolved!

Very happy with furniture. A bit annoying how salesmen followed you around. The delivery guys had a hard time finding our house, which is right on the main drag. One year update: disappointed in quality of their furniture. Not holding up as well as I expected.

When shopping we were pressured into buying anything we were looking at that day because so many things were going out of stock due to Covid closing down production. It was not explicitly stated but we were lead to believe that if we ordered them that day it would lock in that item for us. Come time to schedule the delivery all but one mattress were out of stock. I had to change my mattress that I had ordered just so I wouldn’t be sleeping on the floor for a month. My bedroom set and our couch and loveseat were out of stock for at least a month after they were to be delivered. It was frustrating but I was very understanding. When my mattresses were delivered the drivers were more than an hour outside of my 3 out delivery window and were not wearing masks or social distancing.nNext, I get a call that the bedroom set is able to be delivered and we scheduled a date (I took off work I could be home). Now the day before I still haven’t gotten any confirmation which was suspicious so I called and apparently our salesperson didn’t click save and now I have to take another day off of work for it to be delivered. We are still waiting on the couch and loveseat so that’ll be another day I have to take off. This Bob’s experience has been a nightmare.

I don't think anyone truly enjoys furniture shopping but they were very helpful and I am excited for my new couch
