Phillip the store manager was very helpful, informative, and patient. We had my elderly mother in law out looking for a mattress. We had her try a few, then Phillip had her lie down in a adjustable frame bed. As soon as he slightly lifted her legs she felt relief on her back, then he raised her head and her breathing was also better. She got the bed , and adjustable frame. It will be delivered and set up in three(3) days. Phillip was great, informative, and not a pushy salesman. Would highly recommend Mattress Firm of Wyomissing
I walked in with zero clue on what type of mattress I was exactly looking for and Paul was the absolute greatest help with finding the perfect mattress for me. He provided me with tons of different info on not only mattresses but sleep patterns and everything and was also super respectable about finding a mattress that stayed in my preferred budget as well. He made the whole process an overall enjoyable time mattress shopping, couldn’t have asked for better help. Thank you Paul!
