The store is spotless, well organized and very customer focused. I felt safe shopping there during this pandemic. Carts were thourghly cleaned as customers entered the store. I love the quality of merchandise they carry. Personal are very nice and efficient. I love that I can have hassle free exchanges for Amazon when needed.

Super clean store, friendly staff. You can shop in comfort knowing all Covid protocols are being followed, they take the cart and sanitize it while you're checking out, as well as sanitizing the check out counter after every customer in addition to alternating sides used. Awesome prices. Awesome savings. Clerks are helpful and nice. Cashier's like to show you how much you saved. A real Kohl's shopper don't care what they spend. We love what we save.

Nice selection of household items and apparel. One of the few brick and mortar stores that seems to be surviving through the transition to online shopping. Items are pretty easy to find and the store staff do a good job of maintaining merchandise.

Kohl's has really good kitchen rugs. I have looked other places and not found the same quality for the price. I like the washable ones with rubber backing. I am just a bit disappointed that the color I've been buying for years for my kitchen (sort of a fern green) was no longer available. I had to choose among red, tan (beige?) and wheat. I opted for tan. I checked online and the green color is not available there either. The only green listed online is something with mint in its name. The color swatch didn't look like what's in my kitchen, what I was trying to refresh.
