From the start of my shopping experience, I was greeted with friendly faces and a huge selection. The lay out made things super easy to find. The manager ,Bill , assist with some questions I had to find the right quality and material. Overall, the store is great, I would differently recommend!

The customer service was good up until payment was made. The installer was five hours late, and the company did not bother to call to let know. The installer that arrived stated he was not the scheduled installer, who canceled earlier in the day, and that it was his fifth job of the day. None of that was communicated to me. As you can imagine, the install definitely reflected that it was this person’s fifth job of the day, more details to come. The store in Reading was only booked a week out, also, when scheduling. I doubt much as changed in a week. Store management was not helpful either regarding the situation. The manager claims that it is normal routine for four hour installations to start at 6 PM on Friday nights. Will not go back. The owner’s reply does not reflect what really happened, so updated my review.

We love our new carpet. It was installed the end of June by two wonderful and professional installers. They took great care to insure that all aspects were done correctly and to my liking. Carpet Mart worked with us to get the quality product we needed at the price point we wanted all the while watching out for us. Grant (our sales rep) was wonderful and professional in his follow up, staying on top of everything. Well done Carpet Mart!

From start to finish, Carpet Mart staffing went above and beyond. I spoke with Lynn initially, she came out and measured the area in our home, and ordered the flooring. Lynn advised of the delivery date and the flooring was delivered, right on time! Lynn advised of the installation date and boom...flooring was installed, right on time! When the installers arrived, under the direction of Ed, they were courteous, prompt, efficient and very skilled!! We are very pleased with how easy Carpet & Tile Mart made new flooring happen in the middle of this pandemic. Amazing attention to detail, very customer driven and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Carpet & Tile Mart !!

I would like to thank the beautiful staff at Carpet Mart at Exton Pa.The day when my Mother and I enter the store we were receive with love and kindness.And all this smiling faces .Our thanks go to Lou,Lillian,Dave,Verónica and the staff in the warehouse.The installers for our carpet very loving.Mr Longwill You have great staff that makes Carpet Mart What it is a pleasant Place To shop .See you all at The old K-Matt at Thorndale.Like I Suggested to go to.From I understand he wanted to stay in our area so he told me .But look ud83dudc40 for years couldn’t find a large place .So I found it for him .Now I wait for my Reward from Mr LongwillnThank you allud83dude0a
