IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING IN HERE AND YOUR ORDER WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP, FOLLOW YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT REFUND. THEY SIMPLY SEIZE YOUR MONEY. AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CLEAR EXPLANATION. WE BOUGHT BATTERIES ON AUGUST 29TH, BUT COULDN'T PICK UP. THEN THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. WE THOUGHT THEY HAVE REFUNDED US, BUT THEY DIDN'T. WE HAVE REALIZED THAT ON OCTOBER 2ND. THEN I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEN THEY REFUNDED. IF I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THEY DIDN'T REFUND, THEY WOULD NEVER REFUND OUR MONEY. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER SOMETHING ONLINE FROM HERE.
Very grateful for their print manager, Ben! He was great to work with - genuinely cared about seeing that the print job I needed done for a client was done right and that we were 100% satisfied. His professionalism and dedication is why I gave this location a second chance after having a print job gone wrong here.

Grace the Manager is fantastic. I had a problem with an online order and she took care of it. Plain and simple she took care of the customer and dealt with the online problems quickly.
