On hold 45 minutes to set up delivery of a large component that is in town. I was placed on automatic ignore, No answer. Called back and 17 more minutes on ignore. NO ONE picked up. Another 15 minutes to another department. Busy is one thing not caring about your customers enough to answer the phone is another. Very Poor customer service! On the 4th call 10 more minutes on ignore and the sweetest most helpful person picked up. She put me on hold 10 more minutes but came back and informed me I could pick up my freight at the depot. Great. I went in to the warehouse and stood where I could be seen by workers. 20 minutes more before I was acknowledged. Another very friendly person had me wait another 20 minutes in my truck before I was able to load my item and leave. Overall very friendly staff if you can ever get them to help you.

Been on hold for over an hour to check on a shipment and no answer. They won’t answer calls. You can hear someone pick up, and then put the call back on hold. It’s COVID, we know they’re not that busy. I called at 2 separate times during the day assuming they’re busy but still no answer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

On the phone the recording says how they care about customer service. Well I call BS! The first gal I spoke to was so rude, no empathy whatsoever as to where my freight is. The second gal was only slightly better. Neither could pinpoint why my freight sat in Phoenix for a day and a half when my company paid for next day delivery. They probably lost it! Not to mention the website shows it was picked up yesterday and no updates. I will not recommend them mostly for the unfriendly girls in Waco Texas. I hope the calls were indeed recorded and those gals get fired for there unfriendly natures!!

No communication called 3 times stayed on hold for over thirty minutes each time I called. I went to there Albuquerque office and the supervisor couldn’t track my package. This company is a joke

Poor company, I would not use them for any freight. they damage freight, try to deliver freight to a neighboring business, no door hanger, no phone call. very poor local hub
