Nice people
While I'm truly saddened with the hard times Sears has endured over the past few years ud83dude25 I am relieved this hometown Sears store remains. I am impressed with the staff I spoke with and I made a purchase for an item I had been seaching for elsewhere and couldn't find. This hometown store continues to honor the tradition that made Sears a household name long before Amazon came along.
Purchased a washing machine, dishwasher, large tool boxes, a mattress, elliptical exercise machine, leaf blower, and tools from this store over the past 5 years. It is small thus limited in quantity, most appliances need to be ordered, and some policies are due to it being a Hometown store. Most sales associates are knowledgeable and make the effort to help you find what you need or even figure out which product will work best for you.
Saved me in a pinch a few times. Craftsman hand tool replacements.
Lots of appliances to choose from. Decided on the ones I want now on my way to purchase.
