This location has IMPROVED greatly since my visit in 2017. Happy to see! The staff is very friendly, greeted me right away, and worked hard to find great deals tailored to my needs. I left with a full quote, a business card for Jonathan, and the Manager, Alana, also hand wrote her name on the card, and I left with a smile on my face. I wanted to sign up for Sprint all over again! Keep up the great work!
I used to work here, loved my job, and the people I worked with. The manager Alana is awesome! Jonathan is great at what he does! I am still a customer and they have treated me very well since my departure. excellent store for excellent service!
Awesome staff now! Store used to be not so good period, now we have a great experience with no hassle or issues later. Always leave here with a smile. They help keep my bill where it should be and get me all the products and services I want and need! I don't go to any other Sprint store anymore
“Went into sprint on a great referral just for the manager Alana to treat me like I wasn’t a human and belittle me about everything I wanted to ask questions about. Was also so embarrassed with the way she talked to her employees. 110% never going back to sprint again. I even told all my friends with sprint and most of them are planning to end their lines”
