I had a great experience with Russ. I’m so glad he recommended me to use the Bed Match system that was developed by Duke University. I appreciated his honesty throughout the selling process. I tried several mattresses, and ended up buying the Seal Balboa Island Plush Full Mattress, and I can’t wait to sleep on it. I also got a special pillow for stomach-sleepers. On top of all of that, I ordered it on Thursday, September 3rd, and I am getting free delivery for Saturday, September 5th. I don’t know anywhere else that is shipping that quick! Thanks Russ.
Russ was awesome, the store couldn't have been cleaner or neater. Russ made my wife, daughter, and myself feel right at home. He was patient with us and very knowledgeable about the products he sold. On top of all that he gave us a great deal!! Can't recommend Mattres warehouse and Russ enough.
Went into the store in a whim...before the store was open. Russ opened the store and was more than knowledgeable on all mattresses in the store. Had to think about the purchase, but came back later in the day to find Russ!! He was very helpful and even helped up load the mattress into the car. He's a gem!!
Russ was wonderful he Helped my husband and I out very much. We actually went to 3 mattress stores in the same night just to look. Mattress Warehouse mattresses were nicer yes but we already knew that same night we would go with Russ. He did an excellent job. We didn't get that kind of service anywhere else.
Just want to share our experience with Russ at the Monaca store. He was the most professional sales person we’ve dealt with, his product knowledge made it an easy and fast. We needed a mattress for our grandson in a hurry and Russ made it happen. We’ll be telling our friends and family about our experience. Russ was great and personable too.
