Eric in the Monaca store was awesome. We had no idea what we wanted and he spent plenty of time helping us through the process. Eric is very knowledgeable about mattresses, sleeping, comfort, firmness, adjustable bases and every other question we came up with. Eric is a no pressure salesman which I really appreciate. David provided us with an excellent customer service. We went there to buy our first adjustable mattress base and David showed us all different kinds and advised us with the best one that fits our needs. It couldn't be a better experience for us. Thanks a lot David !!!!
Update: I was contacted by the manager of the store and he totally apologized for the mistake on their part. He has spoken to my sales rep and he said he would get a friend of his and himself to come move my furniture around. I'm moving the review up from a two to a four on the basis that this is the sort of respect a good paying customer should receive.nnOriginal review:nI purchased a mattress and an adjustable base from Mattress Firm in Monaca, Pa. Before purchasing it, I had asked if the guys that would deliver it would also be able to move furniture around so I could move existing furniture into the spare bedroom and then set up the new bed in the existing room. He assured me that would not be a problem. When the guys came to my house, they proceeded to bring my new bed in and when I asked the to move the old bed into the spare bedroom they told me, very apologetically, that they did not do that sort of thing. They could remove the old mattress but were not able to move furniture. When I contacted the store the person who answered said as the guys did. The delivery guys couldn't move furniture, only the new and old mattress. He said he would reiterate that to staff and he apologized. Now, thanks to Mattress Firm in Monaca generally and the sales guy, Eric Martin specifically, I have to sleep in the spare bedroom.
