McKinney's Furniture

I was looking forward to supporting a local business when purchasing furniture for my new home. Immediately upon entering, I was approached by a female associate (Chris?) who was not wearing a mask. She asked what we were looking for, and I kindly asked that she maintain her distance as she was not wearing a mask. She rolled her eyes at me, and I left shortly thereafter. I will never make a purchase from a company who disregards their customers health and comfort.

There sales people are not helpful at all... I will go somewhere else and spend my money.

My elderly Aunt bought a kitchen table and chairs from here last April. She lives alone and normally eats in the living-room...the chairs have never been sat on by any guests either. Sunday she sat in one of the chairs and it collapsed!!!!! My Aunt fell to the ground injuring her tailbone and the broken chair scratched her brand new kitchen floor. I called the store yesterday and explained what happened and told the gentleman on the phone that my aunt injured her self and the floor was scratched. He seem to not acknowledge what I said three times. Today, he went to my aunts house and she told him the same thing and he told her that the screws in her chairs needed to be Tightened periodically. That was a lame excuse for a chair falling apart that was only sat in a handful of times. Then he proceeded to tell her where she could get something from Lowe’s to cover the scratch on her kitchen floor and still never acknowledged the fact that she was injured because someone didn’t put the furniture together properly at their store. Instead of him taking over a brand new chair to replace the broken one apparently he is ordering parts to put that one back together somehow. My aunt probably weighs about 170 pounds and I feel like the furniture should be able to hold someone of that size with no issue. (Shes also almost 80 years old)I have never in all my years had to tighten screws in my kitchen chairs or table.

Very friendly and helpful. Family owned and operated. All furniture is made in the USA . I will be buying all my furniture there soon. From bedroom to living room and dining room table

Love my Bedroom!! Sales team was nice, everyone answering the phones tried to be helpful, and the delivery guys were extremely funny and did an awesome fast job. My complaint is only it took over 40 days to get delivery which I know is out of their hands since they had to wait on Ashley. 40 days is way too long.
