My husband and I utilize the print center for a number of things from marketing our business to personal tasks such as our children's school work or birthday parties or whatever else. We have not had a bad experience yet and even if we had, we know the staff well enough to know that they would do whatever it took to make it right. We have worked closely with Dan and Glenn frequently. They have both always been super helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Recently, my son had his 1st birthday party and Dan was more than helpful to suggest the best material for certain products that we were printing. He communicated well with us and made sure that we had our products when needed and was even able to print one of our products fairly quickly on the spot! Dan is not only helpful to us, but I personally have witnessed him helping customers in more ways than one. Many may say that it's his job to do that, but I feel like he helps more than your typical store employee doing their job. I am sad to see reviews from customers who have one bad experience and tear this establishment down because of such. I don't speak for every employee, but overall we have never had a bad experience there. And also, the one review about the man singing opera...I think it sounds lovely and the gentleman that sings is very talented. To me, if this employee is comfortable enough in his job to sing out loud, it must mean that he loves his job and loves being there. Unfortunately, you don't find very many employees like that.

Just bought an office chair there the other day. The website wasn't appropriately applying a coupon so I called the store and spoke to Jarrell, the store manager . Jarrell went out of his way to help me. Great customer service from the Store manager on the phone and in store.

Employee at the register not wearing a mask. Singing opera at the top of his lungs through the store. What kind of place are you guys running there. Will never go back.

Make sure you call first as the website states they have postage stamps, made a trip to get them and they did not. Wasted trip.

i SPECIFICALLY altered my original design for my business card to be able to use the same day service. just to have the manager heather tell me that she was finishing my image & it would be done by 7:30. we get there NO heather and NO business cards!! i won’t be using their services again!!
