Woman at the store (don’t remember her name) sold me a plan and told me I was having the price of the phone comped, only to find out there was no discount at all. After spending over an hour with customer service was only receiving the phone for a discounted price. Tried their best to amend it, but disappointed I had to be lied to to make the sale.
Stopped in to get a new phone ..Wade and Scott were very nice and quick service and felt appreciated as customers. This is why we've been T-Mobile customers for over 10 years!
Can't say enough about the staff, very helpful, very knowledgeable about the products, always a good experience.
This store used to be amazing. But they got rid of the manager Jim and now when I call the line is always busy and rarely a manager on duty. Godd way to ruin an all around great experience!!!
