I purchased 3 of the Harwick office chairs for my co-workers to try out. We received them in just a day or two and they were very comfortable so we bought 2 more. Fantastic service from Office Chairs Unlimited.

This is a follow up to my previous review. This was left for the wrong company. I have had no issues whatsoever with Office Chairs Unlimited.

Sold me a chair that had two separate defects within two years. Would not honor the 10 year warranty which should have covered one of the defects, saying it broke due to excessive force (not true). No point in having advertising a warranty if it doesn't cover anything, or you're not going to honor it.
