We stopped in to the store this evening and we were not disappointed. The man who waited on us his name was Kyle and he had such a wonderful personality and was very easy to work with. He didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want or need, he listed to what WE wanted. We upgraded my step daughters phone and he told me a few things about my account that I was unaware of. We laughed, Joked and took care of what we went there for. We left in a great mood and completely satisfied with our trip there. Kyle thank you again for all your help we will def be going into this location for all our Verizon needs.

Very positive experience. I went in for a new phone and the associate, Kyle, realized that my wife could actually pay less for a better phone. He really hooked us up. Neither of us had our phones backed up to the cloud so it took forever to transfer our data, but Kyle stayed there with us until well after midnight to make sure that everything transferred over properly. He kept us entertained with jokes and clever antic dotes. Definitely the best experience I have ever had with a tech company.
