Lamar and his coworker worked together yeasterday the experience was great. The whole team here is kind. They are knowledgable about the phones in the store. My favorite part of my experience is they way they worked together. That showed me that they was there for me and that is important to me.

Carl was very patient and helpful, set up three new phones and assessed my plan to see that I have been OVERPAYING for way too long. I wish Sprint would have let me know that other plans might suit me better than the one I had. Thanks, Carl! Helpful and efficient, it's going to take some time in the store to work out three phones and he made it painless.
