Always a good experience on the phone and in person. Have been met by all friendly employees. Though two I will give an extra mention. Jennifer, whom I have only had phone interaction, has the kind of personality every business wants greeting their potential customers. She welcomes your request with a suggestion not sounding like you are putting her out. Also Andrew, whom my daughter was introduced to her current instrument, has a calm personality giving the student confidence to embark on their musical journey. My daughter was timid to handle the violin. Andrew gave her a tutorial, almost mini lesson, that provided her the confidence to get home and immediately explore the instrument. Kudos to your customer service
The people there genuinely know what they’re talking about, and theIr selection is good. One of the folks there set up my very stubborn Gibson that I’ve taken to multiple luthiers. Would highly recommend !
We've rented string instruments from Brighton Music for over ten years. The staff is always helpful, informed, and polite. Also, the rental rates are very reasonable. I enthusiastically recommend Brighton Music for instrument rentals.
Was having issues finding a drum stick that could go the distance with my extreme playing. Was suggested that I try the pro mark 747 Japanese oak stick and they have been amazing. Strong and durable. Longest lasting sticks I've ever bought. Thanks!
