We were in initially in contact with Bekins Northwest about two years ago when we contemplated a move to Walla Walla from the East coast. We utilized affiliated companies for the initial move in October and Bekins for the final move in early March. Happy to say that the quality and professionalism that we had experienced were consistent with Bekins and found the staff to be extremely competent and focused on getting the job done. The team who moved us were courteous and extremely diligent in ensuring our personal belongings were protected and would arrive intact. We wouldn't hesitate using Bekins again and would make this our only call.
We found a new place very last minute. We called late on Friday, got a quote on Saturday and had our stuff moved in Monday morning. Easiest move ever! If we ever end up moving again, we will definitely use Bekins in Walla Walla again.
I am so pleased I chose this moving company. I had a number of very fragile pieces, including stained glass lampshades, and have found no breakage. Of note, I watched YouTube videos on tips for packing. These were very helpful.nnThe movers were pleasant, professional, and very accommodating. Hector, above all, skillfully coordinated the move out and in! Ralph and Stephanie were great with whom to work.nnI believe the price quoted was fair. Friendly, has a platform scale, and their guys are very well trained in the moving of hhgs. Agency is very easy to work with.
