The Wooden Whale Workshop

I have never written a review before for anything but this company is so amazing that I have to let as many know about them!, as possible!nI heard about the Wooden Whale form a friend. She ordered a table from there and it was beautiful. So, I went to the shop to purchase a kitchen table. I met with Brad, the owner. He didn't have a sales pitch (thank you for that), just a beautiful product that spoke for itself. He walked me through the process of ordering, taking a lot more time with me than I am sure he planned (I was only there to order a table) After talking with him, I learned that he can custom make furniture. I showed him a picture of a coffee table...he could make it. I ended up ordering a bench and 4 chairs to go with the table, a coffee table (pictured here - costume made from a photo I had), and a nightstand for my daughter. The experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. I have recently moved and have been dealing with a lot of companies, and this company, by far was the easiest, most pleasant, and most reliable to to deal with. I felt like I was dealing with a good friend or family member. I had a lot of questions and made a few changes to my order, and each time Brad always answered my questions and/or made the changes without any issue. I can't express how happy I am that I was introduced to this magnificent company!!! The quality and beauty are undeniable! If you are in the market for furniture, look no further...this company checks off all of the boxes!!!

I am absolutely thrilled with our purchase from The Wooden Whale Workshop! We came to them with a request for a skinny table to fit our very skinny dining room. They made us a beautiful table that fits the room perfectly! The craftsmanship is excellent! It was delivered early than anticipated. Communication was great! These guys are awesome. I have a table from a tree that needed help. We communicated through email with pictures cause of covid. And they arranged to pick up the table and redo it. It looks amazing. They were write on quote and faster than I excepted. They delivered and set it back in place. So worth it. Call them fist.

The team at The Wooden Whale were fantastic to work with! From the design of the table to delivery, the process was very easy. The team is friendly, helpful, responsive, and the table itself is more beautiful than we could have imagined! I will definitely order from them in the future.

First of all - the customer service I received from the beginning of this experience was unbelievable. I had reached out to several different table makers and not only were many curt and short with me, many were also insanely over priced. One person actually quoted me $4,000 for the table!! When I came across The Wooden Whale, I was directed to a chat and treated with the upmost respect and care. I was immediately impressed by the suggestions for our custom table and the price offered was completely reasonable and what I would have expected. I was able to reach out to someone often and get feedback about how everything was coming along, and the table was made in a reasonable amount of time. When it got here I was just floored by how beautiful it was. I’ve received tons of compliments so far and I can’t wait to make many memories around it!!!
