Great experience and easy process. Andrew Hawkins was my salesman and if you do business with this place go see him in Walla Walla. Also, if you get your furniture delivered ask for Jose and Carlos to deliver it.
Just recieved our dining chairs from Walker's furniture and I love them! But more than the chairs, I want to praise the shopping experience specifically. We were assisted by Sean Goldbach, who was very helpful showing us different brands their store could source online and even helped search for ones with the design style I was wanting. He also let us know of sales so we were able to keep our purchase right on budget. No one was pushy about purchasing, in fact, he was very patient while we went back and forth for four weeks trying to decide which ones would be perfect. The delivery came quick, fully assembled and delivered straight to our home! Thank you!
As usual great customer service and found what I was looking for. To make it even better it was on sale! Friendly people, not pushy and take the time to help you find what you are looking for. Special shout out to Andrew Hawkins he takes his time to listen to what I wanted and spent time explaining about the differences in products. I have purchased a couch, dining table and chairs and now an end table and he sold them all to me. Thanks to Andrew all my purchases have gone smoothly and he is always there with a smile and great attitude.
Sales staff is great, however make sure you double check the delivery teams work when setting up your new furniture. Have had loose and stripped out hardware. Damage to furniture when delivered, just make sure you look over furniture well before they leave
The staff were pretty helpful. Always feel like I am being pressured to buy something when furniture shopping. They have some nice furniture here, I just don't make enough money to buy all I want, ha ha. We did get a bad and I am excited to get it! Supposed to be before the 10th of December.
