Mattress Firm Walla Walla Town Center

It’s been one of the best experiences that I had looking for a mattress. David is the person who helped me with a few options of mattress to choose from. He really listened to what I was looking for, shown me what the options were and sealed the deal with the mattress I wanted. The process was easy for getting approved for payments and the deal is unbelievable. You get 0% interest for 5 years, no penalty for paying it off early and affordable payments. I didn’t think I would get approved but happy I did. I’m looking forward to sleeping in a comfortable bed that I wanted. I would recommend my family and friends to go there or anyone who is looking to have restful nights with their new mattress. Thank you so much!

My experience at the Walla Walla Mattress Firm location was great. David’s customer service was probably the best I’ve worked with in a long while. They had a great selection but with David assistance and knowledge I feel like I got the best deal. Very happy and excited to sleep on my new bed. Will definitely shop there again for any future mattress purchases.

As a young adult who’s never purchased a mattress, David made it SUPER simple, and helped alleviate a lot of the stress I had about making the purchase. There were other people in store purchasing a mattress so we waited a little bit longer than we would’ve liked, but David’s customer service, great attention to detail/customers & positive attitude made all up for it. All around a very great experience & would do business with them again.

We showed up to the Mattress Firm store in Walla Walla at night like an hour before closing. The lady that was working, her name was Rochelle I believe, was the most helpful person I've ever met at any store. Usually when you show up at a store not long before they close it seems like the workers try to rush you out of there so that they can shut down and go home. Rochelle answered all our questions and was super helpful in helping us choose out the perfect mattress for us. She had the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you Rochelle
