Dropped of my PC Tower yesterday, got it back today. People working there are WONDERFUL people that show you Family love and kindness. Told me what was wrong with PC and now it's working 100%. I went in for help with a computer not powering on. The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. They gave me great service and a lot of good advice. Their prices are very reasonable too.
Had a wonderful experience just last week! My Wacom Tablet has been having connection issues as the USB port is loose/broken, so I called this store to see if it was something they could solve. One of the Techs, Brad, first informed me that it would have to be brought in before they could determine the problem. I didn't even end up having to go to the store because about a half hour later, he called me back and explained that he had done research online. I was really blown away with how much he understood about the issue without me even being in the store and finding an option that was both long term and cost efficient. Thank you!
