Everything seemed so perfecf. At first. We were quoted 1 price, set up auto payment amd thought we were good to go. First month our bill was MUCH higher than quoted. Come to find out we were being charged for Sprint Drive when we were told it was free the first year. Also the first month we were late cause they didn't set up auto pay. Had to call customer service and get that taken care of myself. The second month our bill was again MUCH higher. Called customer service. They were now trying to charge us for canceling Sprint drive cause we broke the lease. And our bill was once again late because once again they didn't set up auto pay! Going on our 3rd month now. We'll see what happens but I can probably guess. Needless to say we are switching back to Verizon. Never should have left there in the first place.

Really great service I was in and out management took great care of me and got the scam block added to my line for free. Great experience telling my friends and family to visit this store.
Mike and Eric were so helpful and it didn't take long at all. We switched over from Verizon and literally cut our bill in half. These guys were great! Got to keep my phone and my number. I was pretty impressed.
Gentlemen at the store have great customer service and you can always count on them
