Definitely not professional. I spoke with different people about a situation regarding my television and how the incident happened and when the new store mgr came in nobody remembered speaking with me. Have in mind I called multiple times with different people, and they all forgot. So when they finally came to look at the tv they told me the TV was bent and they don’t cover that. They asked me what happened and I told them that I already spoke with everyone I could at aarons so they were aware of it. Long story short I got no help what so ever, all I’ve been getting with this location is headaches after headache. I asked them to just go and pick everything up that I was done with them and their inconsistencies. They said they can’t pick the tv because of the issues. Ok?? Well I did let everyone there that answered the phone what happened and they either didn’t care enough to listen because the store mgr said that he asked everyone in that store if they talked to me they all said no....never doing business with this store again....I was called a liar

Great place to rent furniture and appliances and other items. Clean entertainment and plenty of parking outside the building. Friendly employees.

First, we payed for lamps and had them ordered and then AFTER paying and ordering, they tell us that they don't have that lamp anymore so give us some cheaper lamp BUT NOT ANY MONEY BACK OR IN STORE CREDIT! Then we finally get our stuff, 3 weeks later and our tables are barely put together AND have chips and scuffs out of them! Not to mention that the delivery guy complained to us about have to carry everything! Overall a horrible experience.

Great place to rent furniture and appliances and laptops and game systems and air conditioners and other things.Employees are sweet and friendly and helpful. Clean environment. Great prices. clean building inside and outside. Plenty of parking outside.

We love our Washer/Dryer set.nPaid them off early & deciding what to add to our home next.nThank you Aarons for making life a little simpler.
