I had a really great transition experience with Manager, Angel Mattos. I had been with AT&T for years. Nothing but escalating bills and the same phones. They have no consumer appreciation or loyalty for longevity. You know what? Today, I’m tired of that! So, I went shopping. Great experience! New phones around. I was able to add my brother! Free phone! I’m paying 30. Less per month unlimited and adding a line! Pretty wonderful day! Like buying a new car without all the dickering. The way business should be done! Thank you Angel and T-Mobile!
Aaron was so patient and kind with my 96-year-old dad and his troublesome iPhone. He just needed someone to remove all the extras that made his phone confusing and difficult to use. Can't say enough good things about Aaron. And he's got a great sense of humor!
