My husband and I have recently purchased several pieces of furniture through Potomac. We have been extremely happy with the furniture, but what stands out even more is their customer service. Ordering of the furniture, delivery of the furniture, and maintenance of the furniture were all handled seamlessly. We are extremely satisfied with this company and will continue to purchase furniture through them. I highly recommend Potomac!

INCREDIBLE Family owned, local company!! My Husband and I purchased a Flexsteel Industries full set (LR sofa, loveseat and recliner). Price was GREAT and we got to pick our own fabric (we went for the heavy wear, more durable), density of the foam in the furniture (we went for the high density) and throw pillows. Customer Service and expertise were awesome from start of shopping/browsing, to purchase, to delivery by a great crew of gentlemen. So very happy with our purchase and we will absolutely be recommending Potomac Furniture to all our family, friends and business contacts in the future. Thank you for such a great experience!!

We recently purchased our second sofa from Potomac Furniture and we couldn't be happier. The process from start to finish was exceptional. Dustin went above and beyond in making sure we were getting exactly what we envisioned for our home. We recently completed a renovation to bring our home into this century with a more modern clean style. We were able to find a piece that fit perfectly and were able to customize it with the help of Dustin to meet our vision. We are lifetime customers for Potomac simply because the quality, customer service and experience are unmatched.

Had a great experience buying a bedroom set for my son. Quality seemed a lot better than other furniture stores and price was comparble. Great customer service, I reccomend talking to staff as they have more options than just in showroom. Super helpful and friendly. Impressed with delivery as well - was prompt, thorough and well-supervised to make sure set up was done right. Highly recommend!
