My mom just had a new liner installed in her 40 year old in-ground pool. Westmoreland Pools installed the pool originally and have cared for it since. She was happy with them in 1980 and she was thrilled with the liner installation team today. The were very considerate & kind to her, took extra precautions with the install, and the new liner looks amazing. Thank you Gary and team. I wish I knew the installers names... my mom is so happy with them and the quality work!

Met with sales person at the house. Took measurements, chose size and style. Was told we would have an estimate in a couple of days. After several calls and texts, we never got a response. Very unprofessional. I guess our job wasn’t big enough for them.

I was happy with the pool and pleased when we had a stain issue with our concrete. They did correct that problem and re-poured 1 block. BUT within that same month, I emailed about odd veining that I wanted someone to look at. That was June 17, 2019 and I haven’t heard back and NOBODY has come to the house. Later the same summer a chunk of concrete broke off near the pool edge and we have a crack that is creating a loose piece of concrete. This is along the seem that was re-poured. I send pictures, texts, and emails repeatedly. NOBODY has even replied to be let alone come look or discus a repair. It’s not like years later I am having issues. It’s month(s) even DAYS after the install/pouring. Very unhappy. Not to mention the PVC pipe I paid extra for them to place in the concrete for umbrella stands....that once we got to use realized they were not straight and now the umbrella is crooked. So that was a waste of money!
