Awesome experience and service! Listened to my PC issues and suggested options but didn’t try to unnecessarily upsale services and parts. Great communication...called to keep me updated on issues and timeline. Fixed in 2 days! Highly recommend for any computer repair or questions!
I had to take a tablet in there for an estimate. No one really fixes tablets but because of the insurance it was necessary. The man working in there was very nice and helpful. Of course he has a business for a reason so it's a $38 for him to write up an estimate saying that it's basically not worth fixing.
I have had my Macbook Pro, which is 8 years old, repaired by Computer Medix twice! Both times I could not figure it out and they did a good job of repairing it very fast and affordable! Tim is a pleasure to do business with. He explains your computer's problem and gives you options to fix it in easy to understand language. I will go back and I highly recommend them.
I was ready to throw my laptop out the window when it started freezing up for no reason. I am so glad i took it here! He had it figured out very quickly and now it’s running perfectly again. I’ll always come back here with any computer issues!!
