Please find another place to do business with. My child rented an instrument, and communication is so difficult with this store. They expect you to answer when you are working, expect the instrument to be available when they need it to be, not based on the needs of your child, and they don't try to work with you. Repairs take weeks or months. There are so many other places to work with, find another. The owner has also lied to teachers and others involved to make themselves look better.
I rented an alto sax for school at an awesome price! My parents are so happy I get to play an instrument!
