Very friendly, but we asked to purchase the new series 6 watch and they sold us two SE Series watches. Even after we talked about the features that were included with the 6 and not the SE with the clerk. Four hour later we asked to return them and were told that they weren’t sure if we would be able to. $90 restocking fee later I can end my relationship with this store.
Great store and very helpful. They are not just ready to sell you something. I stop in there for questions often and they always help without getting irritated. I hope they never leave.
I would choose a different location to go to if you have to go into the Verizon store. This store staff refuses to answer the phone. Poor customer service order a phone weeks ago and they have attempted to deliver it 4 times and Verizon staff don't ever seen to be around when my delivery is attempting to be delivered . During OPEN HOURS OF BUISNESS.
The staff is very friendly and willing to explain everything that you are paying for. I drive 25 miles each way to come to this store. Can't go wrong here
If it were possible to give a below zero rating for this “authorized distributor” for Verizon, it would be sub-artic! The inept, non-professional, non-customer friendly “employee” was below any standard of any establishment I’ve ever encountered...and so was his co-worker. Will NEVER frequent this joke of an establishment and a sorry representative of Verizon again. Will also take my complaints to the Verizon “mothership”. Run, don’t walk from this joint.
