I visited Phillip's shop after visiting another shop in Pittsburgh. The service and the communication was excellent. I had high expectations when going back to pickup my violin. My expectations were surpassed 10 fold. I would highly recommend this violin shop. Many thanks for the service.
I’ve always been interested in a cello, so I stopped in here to check them out. Someone named Nick was working there- the shop repair man. He helped me out a lot and gave me great advice for shopping for a cello. Would recommend this shop!
I stopped by many years ago only once and never went back. He was not friendly, and told me that I probably couldn't afford him without knowing anything about me.
Two years ago I was in his shop and hi correct my viola sound post perfect.
Philip is so helpful and friendly, his dog is the cutest store greeter/mascot, and my professor and I love the bow I bought from him. Highly recommend!
