Excellent Service and Great Pricing. They beat pricing on other local competitors, for a higher quality product. Their quartz prices were much lower than competitor store pricing for the exact same product/manufacturer. We went with a Semi-Custom Cabinet line, from Echelon, who provided an excellent/well constructed product. We experienced minor issues with scratches, dings, etc with the initial cabinet order, as is expected. But replacement parts were promptly ordered and received within a week or so and overnight shipped directly to our home for no additional charges. The cabinet manufacturer contacted me personally, to discuss some of the needed replacement items, and were very courteous and helpful. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. Sarah was very helpful and easy to work with. Pricing quotes were received promptly and emails were responded to the same day or within 24 hours. I would highly recommend KCFO, to others, as well as their Echelon product (which is manufactured here in PA).
I highly recommend KCFO! Wonderful choices in cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and hardware. Gabriella was an absolute delight to work with. She spent so much time showing me different options, and she was always quick to respond to my questions. I cannot say enough good things about KCFO!!
