When I sent out the email looking to purchase a pool Arnold got back to pretty quickly. I set up a time to meet with him. He explained all the different options and answer all my questions in person as well as over the phone. Delivery guys were very professional. But still waiting on install. This is why I didn't give 5 stars. The company that was assigned to do our install are the hardest people to get a hold of and when you do the office lady can't answer any of you questions. Finally got a hold of Dave told us his office lady would call us with install date. She never did. So we called Dave again and told us he would call us once he got to his office. Guess what never called us back. So here we are going on 7 weeks and still have no clue when our pool is going to be installed. When told 5 weeks at date of purchase. This has been the only disappointing part of this process.

The management at this store is really amazing. Chuck was so helpful and down to earth. Scott really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We went to 3 other pool stores before coming here, and we stayed and bought because they were so giving of their time and gracious. I can't say enough great stuff about this location.

Told them what I needed and was able to get in/out in under 5 min. No high pressure upscale either.

They didn't have what I wanted but there was a few selections I would have thought about. I have a small porch and didn't want to spend alot on patio furniture. The prices and selection for what I want wasn't there

You would think with businesses just opening back up, the employees would be happy to assist you...not the case here. My husband and I were literally the only 2 customers in the store. We were looking to buy a hot tub and needed some questions answered. Not one of the 6 employees asked us if we needed help...actually, we were completely ignored altogether...went to Valley Pool and Spa and bought our hot tub there.
