Extremely disappointed and do not feel valued. Think twice before making your purchase, please. Don’t be out of thousands of dollars!nYou can see from the pics the gaps on the side and how there is no space at the head or foot. I just hope my disabled husband, nor myself, get hurt as we are aging and this presents a safety issue as we stressed to the service dept/warranty team and store.nn11/20/2020 UPDATE: Ever since the matress has been delivered we have had nothing but issues. Nothing has been resolved fairly. The top matress is too small. We were advised, after the $2500 purchase, that the matress can vary from 1/2 in to 1 1/2 inches. The box spring broke after 2 days. Had to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. They did give a better brand box spring set than the original which was discontinued. The SECOND delivery gentlemen were the only saving grace, although they were running late, were the exceptional delivery gentlemen. Professional, apologetic for running late and quick set up.nWe are stuck with a top matress that doesn’t fit on the sides and it’s too long so we have to lift the matress to make the bed. We wanted to return it and even pay the restocking fee but were denied even though we were advised otherwise when we were making the purchase.nnWe used to patronize Levin West Mifflin, PA and since we moved, we tried the Monroeville location. Our first time was several years ago. Honestly, the experience was not very good, so we swore to never go there again. Fast forward to the present. Given the reopening and pandemic, we needed a new mattress. We called and spoke to Karen a week prior. She was extremely nice and provided good information, so we decided to give Levin a try and support this local business. We went into the store yesterday and were greeted by John P. We were so impressed with his kindness, customer service skills and knowledge of mattresses that we had to call the store to say we were very impressed and will look to make future purchases at that location. We spoke to Jerry, the store manager, a wonderful person that has exceptional customer service skills, which makes perfect sense and why the store has an exceptional staff! We were so impressed with them all that we wanted to post a review and share the experience! We hope that the corporate headquarters does something nice for them and people patronize the store and support the company!nI must mention that a family member went to Bob’s and had a not so good experience, to say the least and they purchased the warranty- very disappointing to hear, and they are still trying to get Bob’s to get it right, 6 months later!

Large 2 story show rooms. Found exactly what I wanted and picked the fabric too. Sales woman was great. I went to Bob's and Value city, but I didn't see what I wanted. Will definitely make other purchases at Levin.
