I worked for Vinny for a few years and I must say that he really was a great boss. I have been in this business since '94 and I have seen everything and every flooring company around. He cares about the job that he provides to his customers and really pays close attention to the job his employees do. He always rewarded us when we went the extra mile for his customers.
