Loves Furniture & Mattresses

We had Rich as our mattresses salesman and he was just the greatest. He was patient and spoke to us, not at us. He explained many different things to us and was one of the best educators throughout our search for mattresses. On top of all that, we couldn't find the mattress that we found at Loves anywhere else, which speaks volumes to their selection. Definitely start your mattress shopping here and you'll probably find your way back their eventually just like we did.

Do not order from this store. They do not LOVE there customers and will leave you without any form of Communication. This is the 4 time I had a delivery date and this time they came but they came with a really dirty Mattress. So after waiting over a month they give me a dirty mattress. I called customer service and waited almost 2 hours for them to tell me their system will not let the exchange go though and the manager does not know how to fix it and I have to wait until Monday to hear back from another manger. my experience so far is telling me they will not call me back and I will have to call them yet again. I’m still waiting for a call from them on Monday I called their customer service they said they call me back. I still didn’t receive a call so I reached out again I finally got somebody who said they will call me back and I’m still waiting. Save your self a headache and three grand and just go somewhere else. They make up tons of excuses and then have the nerve to not communicate and play the blame game with no answers. I’m so over them, don’t end up like me. 0 starsnn12/2 update Just found out my mattress got pushed back too after Christmas and that it’s out of stock. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell me that I found out by calling them for another issue. If you call them be prepared to wait over an hours and hear more lies. My fav is a manager will be calling you back in 24-48 hours. I call every other day asking for a call back and still don’t get one. Also when you call don’t try that call back method because that too is a lie. They lie more then the rugs they sale. Beware!!

Went into the Robinson store to purchase a dining room table. We were specifically looking for something in stock and didn’t want to wait weeks or months for a delivery. We decided on a table and chairs and were told by the sales associate that it was in stock and would be delivered to us by 10/16. We’ll today I called for an update to find out the item was actually on back order and the estimated date is 11/7. BUYERS be aware of the lies and smoking mirrors with Loves Furniture. The local number doesn’t even ring to the local store it goes to a call center. Of course they didn’t update me with this information. I will not be returning to this place ever again. I also now see I am not the only one based on the reviews and they just opened two weeks ago.nnUPDATE 10-17 after my review and the response to it saying they will have my sales associate contact me no one still has called. What is the point of responding here and not contacting me after multiple requests. What a real sham this place is, and to the management here they couldn’t run a lemonade stand.nnUPDATE 11-1 called main number to confirm our delivery date of 11/7 and they said sorry the date pushed again to 11/4 but they can’t guarantee it will be in then either. To date I have called our sales rep and he hasn’t ever returned a call!

Went in to purchase a sofa, had an excellent Sales Associated Jessica. She informed us the furniture is made in the USA, bonus for us. We found what we wanted with her help. Only have to wait 10 days to get it. Another big bonus. Prices are excellent. Will be back ud83dude0a

Wonderful store with a wide variety of selections and lovely, friendly, helpful associates! We have bought multiple pieces from this store and Jessica and Willie made the selection and buying process super easy without any problems. :) I am always one to overthink and go back and forth on decisions and these sales associates stayed with me the whole way! I also received all update emails and calls regarding delivery and my furniture came in on time. :)
