I know the owner really nice guy,really knowledgeable and the rentals are at a good price. He works hard really friendly and does repairs on location. Now he is a no mess around type of guy and is serious about his work and love what he dose. He has owned the store for 26 years. I would not rent from any one else.He just recently closed his store. Sad to see him go but I hope he enjoys his retirement!

He was less than thrilled to be there when we stopped in. My bf bought a guitar but wouldn't have if it wasn't exactly what he envisioned he wanted. No interaction really at all.

not a large variety of instruments, and everything is extremely overpriced. instruments, though, is usually good quality.

The owner is a really good person and is willing to work with people to make repairs, rentals and ownership of instruments easy.

I went in to return my son's trombone and the owner said the slide had all sorts of dent damage and tried to charge me $100. We paid an additional fee each month to cover costs of repair and replacement. I was basically forced into paying the fee, although he did come down $50. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and strongly suggest you do NOT use this company in Yelm.
