Worst customer service ever! I Do Not like to say negative things because I’m sure these people don’t care. They are beyond rude,nExtremely disappointed. Guess I’ll be going to Safeway. Where they actually care.
Review for Deli only. I have never had any issues anywhere else. However, the wait at the deli is consistently very long. I'm not talking about a bunch of customers in line, it's just getting someone to help you. I have had employees look at me and run to the back or avoid making eye contact all together. These are not peak time during the day either. Absolutely horrible.

I am very impressed with the staff and service at the Yelm Wal-Mart Pharmacy. I had reservations about using this pharmacy due to past experiences with the one in Shelton. Which could not get an order right or on time. I have numerous prescriptions and was concerned about them getting them all correct. They have been so spot on. Haven't had one issue in almost 3 months. I believe praise should be given when deserved. This pharmacy deserves great praise. Plus the drive thru is great. Thank you most sincerely.
I constantly have trouble getting the answers to questions about prescriptions and over the counter medications they may carry. It takes forever to get the right person on the phone to answer prescription questions and longer to get someone out on the floor to see if they carry over the counter items, such as certain probiotics. I've stopped depending on their website for what they carry, like over counter meds, because it will say the store has it in stock but when I get there a half hour later I find they don't have it.
