We came into the Gibsonia store today around 4:30pm and had Elizabeth as our salesperson. She is absolutely delightful! She was so well versed in everything about all of the mattresses available as well as gave us excellent advice about what we were looking for and needed. She made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable, as well as just having a very fun and bubbly personality. She made such an amazing impression that as soon as we left the store I said “We have to write a review about her.” She just made the overall process very easy and enjoyable, and I had to make sure someone heard about it. I was also extremely pleased with the variety in the store and the wonderful Black Friday deal I received. Kudos to Elizabeth, she’s the best!

My husband and I had a great experience yesterday at Mattress Firm. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was considerate about our needs. We both left very satisfied with our purchase and we didn’t feel pressured into it. Thank you so much Kevin!

I just got a adjustable bed frame at the Mattress Firm in alison park and what a great experience it was. Mike, the store manager, really worked hard to get me a deal I was comfortable with and succeeded. It was a pleasure to work with him, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. The two young men who delivered and set it up were great too, very friendly and good at their job. All and all a great experience, and if you are looking for a bed or frame I'd recommend that you give them a try.

Nicole and Mark were extremely friendly and helpful when helping my parents and I pick out a mattress and adjustable bed frame. We had been to a few different mattress places, and this location is by far the best with prices, customer service, and quality. Again, thank you so much Nicole and Mark!
