Customer service lacking. I ordered a gazebo with cedar stain several years ago. With fading and sun a new coat needed applied. I send emails and called yet no one seems able to provide the vendor/product number. This is information that should be readily available but no one seems interested in helping unless it's driving business.

Ordered a vinyl Ramada. Nice product except for the vinyl ceiling. Very responsive and informative during the order process. Shipping was delayed and I couldn’t get a shipping date. Biggest complaint is the lack of support for installation, which was much more challenging than what I was lead to believe. We were given generic, conflicting sets of instructions with missing steps, and I can’t get their one installation guru to return my phone call.

Tried to get a quote to order a Pergola kit from them online. Instead of simply providing a price, they wanted to talk to me and asked what my price range was so they could negotiate. I'm not looking to buy a used car, you know what you charge for a Pergola kit. I have no interest in haggling over price, that's not how business is done. They then proceeded to keep calling me for well over a year trying to get my business and constantly leaving voicemails.

Let me tell you about a challenging experience turned 5 stars. I ordered a pergola from fifthroom and delivery was delayed. I emailed the company and the president called me himself. I explained the importance of timeliness due to a party I had going on at my house for my employees. He personally made sure it was there.nThen we had it put up and the color was wrong!! Unfortunately the company they purchased the paint from gave them the wrong color. The only real option was to send a new pergola to the house...1000 miles away. AND THEY DID! They also paid for us to have it painted and reinstalled locally.nI have to say the experience up front was less than perfect, but I will absolutely come back to them because I know if things aren't up to their high standards, they will make it right. Thank you Mike, Tim, and Paul for your commitment to customer service.
