Kim's Upholstery were very professional and a joy to deal with. Their pick up and drop off services are a plus. The oversize chair and ottoman looks amazing and their rates were very reasonable. I'd have no problem referring this company to anybody.

I called to see what time they were open till and was told 6pm. I replied with saying I would be there right around 5. I arrived at 5:20 to find the doors locked and lights turned out. After I drove 45 minutes to get there and paid turnpike fees. I never received any calls back apologizing. I will certainly take my business to some one who regards others time.
