Chris and his team are top notch - I would give them a million 5 star reviews if I could. We had a large and complicated project and they took care of everything and truly made our vision come to life.nnWe have continued to go back to Virgin Flooring for additional needs as we renovate our house (hardwood floor install and refinishing, carpet, and kitchen backsplash). Each and every time they go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the end result and keep the process simple, convenient, and enjoyable. We'll never shop anywhere else for flooring/tile needs!

I want to state that Chris from Virgin Flooring and his staff did a great job in putting in our hardwood floor in my dining room. They worked tirelessly until the job was done to our satisfaction. My dining room floor looks fabulous , and my husband and I love our new hardwood floor. Too Chris's credit, I do need to say that at the end of the day after they were done, they helped my husband put together our Thomasville China Breakfront which is very dear to us, very heavy, and almost an antique. We were so grateful for their help, and would recommend Virgin Flooring to everyone for their professionalism, and their kindness. Also, Chris and his staff were on time, and cleaned up their work areas. Virgin Flooring has a great selection and pricing. Chris and Dan were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job on our carpet and flooring installation and were clean and efficient. I highly recommend Virgin Flooring and we will be using them again in the future.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I contacted Virgin Flooring for carpet in my family room, foyer stairs and upstairs hallway. I filled out the contact form and got a call within 30 minutes. Chris and Dan came the next day and took measurements. Chris had a quote for me later that day. I went to showroom and Chris helped me find a perfect carpet for us. I told him we were hoping to have the carpet installed in time for a big get together. Chris and his team literally went out of their way to make it happen. They went to the courier depot and picked up the carpet rather than have it delivered to showroom, to get it installed a couple days sooner. That is great customer service! Chris and Dan came and installed my carpet today. FIVE STAR WORK ON THE INSTALL! These guys do GREAT WORK and REALLY CARE! Chris, Dan, and the other Dan, thanks so much fellas! I'll call you for the next job without a doubt! Do yourself a favor and check them out.

I just had my Coretec and carpeting installed and I love it. These guys are the best! They are a family owned business and they actually care about their work. I looked in Home Depot but when no-one would help me at the flooring area, I knew I was done with big box stores. Chris and his brother Dan are true professionals . They left everything clean and put all the furniture back in place. Easiest clean up I ever had after having work done at my place. I didn't even have to sweep the garage!. I would highly recommend this company for any work you need done.nnThe day I went to pick my product at the store, I was overwhelmed by all the choice's. Kathie was a huge help, she was so patient ,and she had Chris bring some samples over to my house so I could get a better idea of how they would look. Chris then helped me narrow down those chooses. They were perfect. I had a little trouble with the refrigerator not allowing my dishwasher to close.I had previously had trouble with it when it was initially installed. Chris came over the same day I texted him, on his day off (Friday after Thanksgiving) and figured out what the problem was and fixed it. Few people would've done that , I would've had to wait weeks for a repair person . I noticed that Chris and Dan where not only very respectful of their customer, but also their employee's. Shows True class!nnCall these guys!
