Short weight time in lobbynLong wait time in chair, 15min afternthey started my friend.nCouldn't communicate what I wanted. What I asked for was pearl nail polish and a silver sparkle over it that started thick at the top and became thinner, less sparkle as it came closer to the nail bed, but she just added sparkle over a white coat.

I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve made an appointment. The first time I had to wait and it took 3 hours from start to finish for a routine mani pedi, however, I excused it because the quality was amazing. The second time took over 3 hours but the quality was awful. Long wait before getting seated, long wait after getting seated, technicians that were not at all attentive and refused to correct their mistakes, extremely high prices. Do NOT come to this salon unless you want to waste a lot of time and money.

Guy who did nails was very attentive to detail. I hate to be that customer to nitpick my nails and have to bring it up but he did all that for me. I loved it. Idk about the rest of the crew though but yeah 5 stars to him specifically.

They do a great pedicure. They use essential oil for most of their treatments. My feet often need extra attention and they give that to them.
