I have had the best experience purchasing furniture all due to a sales agent named Kim T. The experience began as soon as we walked in. We were greeted with kind eyes and a warm welcome. She directed us to the section that brought is and located shortly after ti make sure all was well. She spent time answering my questions patiently. Our time was filled with humor, I felt at ease throughout the entire process like I was talking with an old friend. I appreciate good customer service and received that and.more. Thank you KIM, you are good at what you do!

It was a great experience except it took 3 months to come. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and kind. The delivery fellows is why I gave 5 stars! Kudos to Lazy Boy for them and our salesperson for having them on their team!

We love our sofa and chair. The extra support that we needed after back injuries really delivered. Employees friendly and helpful, they listened to want told them about our needs and the reasons why we needed the new living room furniture. With the virus disrupting just about everything, we had to wait a couple of weeks longer than told but when it was delivered the moving/installation people really knew their business. They were fast, efficient and helpful going over the operations.

We went to Lazy Boy to replace two recliners. Huge selection of recliners. Quality construction and LOVE that they’re made in USA. Salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Tons of beautiful fabrics to choose from. The only drawback was the wait time for the chairs to be made and delivered-6 months, best guess. Given the current pandemic situation, it’s understandable. We will definitely return to that store for furniture in the future.
